That was a great piece of 10 points for the people who happen to attend or conduct more meetings in their official life.

Some that most attracted me are :

1. Have a Leader for the meeting - most requried one
2. Invite people who will get something out of it
3. Give Freedom to leave the meeting if they feel it unecessary to attend. - taken from the comment
4. Set the time limit and stick to the agenda - Dont intrude into others schedules by prolonging the meetings.
5. Start on time - Dont make people wait to loose their interest to move into the meeting.
